Des sites Internet présentant des instruments de mesure peuvent être une ressource pour la recherche et la sélection d’outils pertinents. Ils doivent, pour cela, présenter des informations complètes sur leur origine ou leur traduction, leur accès, leur utilité clinique et leurs qualités psychométriques.</p><p class="Textersum"><strong>Objectifs.</strong> Les objectifs de l’étude étaient : 1) de recenser les sites Internet qui répertorient des instruments de mesure en français et 2) d’inventorier les informations disponibles sur ces sites.</p><p class="Textersum"><strong>Méthode.</strong> Une recherche a été menée sur les moteurs de recherche multilingues les plus utilisés. Sept sites ont été retenus et la présence d’informations spécifiques a été recherchée, pour une sélection d’instruments de mesure répertoriés.</p><p class="Textersum"><strong>Résultats.</strong> Les sites offrent des informations diverses et variées qui peuvent être utiles aux ergothérapeutes, notamment concernant l’utilité clinique. Toutefois, des informations relatives à la langue de la version originale, aux auteurs et aux références des versions traduites, aux références concernant le processus d’adaptation transculturelle et les qualités psychométriques ainsi qu’à la disponibilité d’une version en français validée sont souvent manquantes.</p><p class="Textersum"><strong>Conclusion.</strong> Dans la mesure où la finalité de ces sites est de soutenir la démarche de sélection d’instruments de mesure pour les utilisateurs francophones, leurs concepteurs devraient être attentifs à présenter ces informations.</p><p class="Textersum"><strong>Mots-clés.</strong> Instruments de mesure, ressources en ligne, ergothérapie, répertoires d’instruments<br />de mesure</p><p class="Textersum"><span lang="FR">____________________________________________</span></p><p class="Textersum"> <strong>French-language standardized assessment tools in rehabilitation: a descriptive study on information provided by dedicated websites</strong></p><p class="Textersum"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p class="Textersum"><strong>Introduction. </strong>Many French-speaking occupational therapists face difficulties when looking for French standardized assessment tools. Websites providing descriptive information about measurement instruments can support them in their research as long as they include complete information about their origin or the translation, access, clinical utility and psychometric properties.<strong></strong></p><p class="Textersum"><strong>Objectives. </strong>The objectives of the study were: 1) to list the websites that show French language standardized assessment tools and 2) to establish an inventory of the information available on these sites. We searched the most commonly used multilingual<br />search engines for websites. Seven websites were selected and the presence of specific information was tracked in the descriptions of selected measurement instruments.<strong></strong></p><p class="Textersum"><strong>Results. </strong>Websites offer diverse and varied information that may be of use to occupational therapists for their clinical utility in particular.
